Fees

All services are offered in-person, online, or by phone.

Individual Sessions:

• $150 per 50-minute session

Couples Sessions:

• $175 per 50-minute session

Children’s sessions (Natalie will work with the parent to structure session lengths according to what the child needs)

• $100 per 30 minute session

• $150 per 50 minute session

Insurance

Natalie is an approved Blue Cross Provider

Natalie is unable to direct bill insurance companies but will issue an invoice that can be submitted for reimbursement.

**It is the responsibility of the client to confirm if their individual plan covers the services of RCTs or CCCs whether in part or in full. Many plans do cover counselling services and I strongly advise clients to get in touch with their insurance company to find out if they have coverage to see a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) or a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). If your plan does not provide coverage, I encourage clients to reach out to their employer or Human Resources Department and request to have these designations added to their plan.

You may wish to ask your insurance provider the following questions:

• Do I have coverage for mental health services?

• What type of professional is covered with my plan? (Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate)

• What is my deductible for these services and has it been met?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy/treatment session?

• Do I require a referral or approval from a physician for coverage?

• When does my coverage re-new?

• Who in my family is covered and for what amount(s)?

Payment

Lighthouse Counselling accepts cash, cheque (made out to Natalie Mansvelt), and e-transfer (sent to info@lighthousecounselling.cc).
