About Natalie

BA, MA, RCT, CCC

Natalie's vision is to help clients discover new ways to cope and rise above life's challenges. She works with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationships, self-esteem, and marriage and family problems. Natalie helps parents and children work through behaviour, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions.

Each client will work with Natalie to build a personalized treatment plan. Together they will examine the biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual elements of their life to develop strategies to help them live a healthier, more peaceful life.

Natalie cares deeply about helping each client in a way that is tailor-made to fit their unique life journey. She believes that each of us is the expert on our own lives and that there are strengths to be discovered within each one of us. Her passion lies in helping her clients discover those strengths and using them to build resilience.

Treatment Approach

Natalie’s approach to therapy is eclectic and focused on doing what works for each client’s individual needs. Some treatment modalities she uses are:

Education & Credentials

Natalie is a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists.

She is also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counselling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counselling from Kingswood University in Sussex, New Brunswick.
